Watercress, Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad
4 cups of watercress
1 pint of strawberries, washed and sliced
4 oz of goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the watercress, sliced strawberries, and crumbled goat cheese.
